What is Stockgrade

Most trading apps let you buy stocks. Stockgrade lets you upgrade into them.

You put in money, pick a stock token you want, and the machine decides: you either walk away with the stock — or you don't. One attempt, binary outcome, instant settlement. No order books, no leverage, no positions to manage.

How it works

Input — choose how much to risk. $1, $10, $100 — your call.
Target — pick what you're upgrading into. NVDA, TSLA, AAPL, GME, SPY — liquid stock tokens only.
The machine decides — your success chance is shown upfront, before you commit. No hidden odds.
Outcome — win, and the stock tokens are yours. Lose, and your input is gone. That's the whole game.

The formula

The core of Stockgrade is a single formula that never changes and never hides:

chance = input / target

Your probability of winning is the ratio between what you risk and what you're trying to win. The machine applies a flat 5% edge to every attempt — that is the entire house take, baked into the displayed chance, never deducted after the fact.

You never have to do this math yourself — the target, payout, and chance update instantly as you change inputs.

Multipliers

Preset multipliers set the target relative to your input. Pick one and the odds update immediately:

1.2× — ~79%

1.5× — ~63%

2× — ~47.5%

3× — ~31.7%

5× — ~19%

10× — ~9.5%

20× — ~4.75%

Before every attempt you know three numbers: what you risk, what you win, and your exact odds.

Resolution

When you hit upgrade, the machine resolves your attempt on the wheel. The lime arc is your winning zone, the rest is the void. One resolution, no rerolls, no partial outcomes.

Win

The target amount of stock tokens lands in your balance. Not a promise, not a claim ticket — the tokens themselves.

Lose

Your input is burned into the machine. No liquidation email, no margin call, no slow bleed. Instant and final.

Stock tokens settle onchain, trade 24/7, and live in your wallet — not in a brokerage account. Stockgrade turns them into something more than a wrapper: a target. An asset you upgrade into, not just buy.

FAQ

Is Stockgrade live?

Not yet. The machine is in demo mode — balances are local and no real funds are at risk.

What are the fees?

A flat 5% edge on every attempt, already included in the chance you see. Nothing else.

Can I lose more than my input?

No. There is no leverage and no debt. The maximum you can lose is the exact amount you chose to risk.

Where do winnings settle?

Onchain, as stock tokens, straight to your wallet.
